On the coretext site a cookie is a small text file sent by the webserver to your computer so that the coretext pages are able to 'remember' data about your browsing session.
The site uses cookies that are strictly necessary simply to enable you to search the bibliography database.
Cookies used on the coretext site are 'session' cookies, i.e. they are deleted at the end of the browsing session.
The coretext site does not ask you for any personal information.
